ZYLINC ATTENDANT CONSOLE AND IBM LOTUS SAMETIME UNIFIED TELEPHONY (SUT)

Zylinc Attendant Console is developed to complement IBM Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony (SUT). By integrating the two solutions, the company switchboard is linked to SUT. The receptionist thus receives call from Zylinc Attendant Console which via- via SUT - is forwarded to the employees.

The integration allows the employees to answer incoming calls directly in SUT used as carrier media.
