Zylinc provides the Microsoft Lync Server 2010 with Mobile Presence,thus complementing Microsoft’s solution on the client side.
Zylinc is offering this facility to ordinary Microsoft Lync Server 2010 users, providing functionality usually available only in pc-based attendant consoles, including the ZyCall Switch and the ZyDesk solutions from Zylinc.
Zylinc Mobile Presence can be used in combination with ZyCall Switch, a Microsoft ISV certified attendant console to MicrosoftLync Server 2010.
Zylinc enriches the Microsoft Lync Server 2010 for companies with mobile users.
Features:
- Status changes to ”Mobile: busy” when the mobile is in use, and it is automaticly updated upon call ending
- Users can check when a person is busy on the mobile in the status description
- Status description may include identity of the other caller (if the mobile provider supports that function; this can be deactivated)
- Zylinc Mobile Presence is shown also in Sharepoint, Outlook and other software packages supporting Microsoft Lync Server 2010 status
- Mobile status subscription with the company’s mobile provideris a prerequisite
Mobile Presence is available in interaction with ZyCall Switch,
a Microsoft ISV-certified attendant console for Microsoft Lync Server 2010.
