It is particularly important that ZyCall Switch works with BroadWorks on IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) in such a way that ZyCall Switch is 100 % integrated with our Iserfik (VOIP) solution to customers, Martin Reuter says adding: in addition we have rated that the product was fully developed and did not require special customization to our platform, and that the system architecture is well structured and efficient.

BroadWorks is a standard platform for Voice over IP (VoIP) developed and distributed by the US based company BroadSoft, Inc., listed on NASDAQ. Zylinc is very satisfied with the agreement, which once again demonstrates that we are able to deliver optimal service for our customers. We have bridged BroadWorks and corporate IT infrastructure in such a way that we can offer corporations full-fledged attendant console functionality with the option of synchronizing AD and calendar with BroadWorks Directory information.
