in combination with Scale.
Zylinc and leading Danish telecom provider TDC join forces on Scale.
Through many years, Zylinc has distributed a portfolio of enhanced unified communications business solutions with partners to major enterprises within banking, industry and public services for their on-premises unified communications facilities. Zylinc will continue to actively pursue this business.
In collaboration with TDC, Zylinc has now ported its business solutions portfolio to TDC Scale, thus making it accessible as a “cloud-based” service.
”Cloud computing” means that internet-technology is used to deliver IT-related facilities and solutions. For the customer this implies faster and easier implementation, scalability and flexibility, and the cost structure is changed from fixed to variable depending on actual consumption.
Users of Scale can gain access via the web to Zylinc’s portfolio of advanced business solutions helping knowledge workers perform their tasks more intelligently and effectively, in this way enhancing the company’s customer service and competitiveness.
Scale is based on a standardized infrastructure from the American company BroadSoft. Zylinc can deliver its entire business solution portfolio via the more than 400 telecom service providers all over the globe, which like TDC have established their cloud-based VoIP offering on BroadSoft’s platform, BroadWorks.
This important development brings Zylinc in the unique situation to be able to deliver the best from both worlds in terms of so-called “hybrid-solutions” where on-premises solutions are combined with cloud-based facilities and services. This adds freedom and flexibility to the customers.
Scale
Scale is a flexible IP telephony solution, offering
functionality similar to a traditional PBX. TDC manages all technical and
operational challenges on behalf of the customer who is not required to invest
in hardware, software and expensive technicians.
