Users of Scale can gain access via the web to Zylinc’s portfolio of advanced business solutions helping knowledge workers perform their tasks more intelligently and effectively, in this way enhancing the company’s customer service and competitiveness.
Scale is based on a standardized infrastructure from the American company BroadSoft. Zylinc can deliver its entire business solution portfolio via the more than 400 telecom service providers all over the globe, which like TDC have established their cloud-based VoIP offering on BroadSoft’s platform, BroadWorks.
This important development brings Zylinc in the unique situation to be able to deliver the best from both worlds in terms of so-called“hybrid-solutions” where on-premises solutions are combined with cloud-based facilities and services. This adds freedom and flexibility to the customers.
