With ZyView Absence you can show your status with a few key strokes on your phone

Often, it can be cumbersome and time consuming constantly having to keep the calendar updated every time you leave the office or are unable to answer the phone.
With ZyView Absence it is easy and fast to enter your accessibility status. For your colleagues it is useful to know your accessibility in order to transfer calls or not to wait in vain for you not answering the phone.
With ZyView Absence and a few keystrokes on your IP telephone you are able to enter a number of standard events such as "at meeting", "on vacation", etc. ZyView Absence will automatically update your calendar keeping your colleagues informed about your status, accessibility and whether or not you can answer your phone.

ZyView Absence will automatically add, erase or update calendar items in order for your colleagues to have a current view of our accessibility. Start and end times can be changed individually by the user.
