The Zylinc Contact Center and Attendant Console complements Cisco, with very advanced features in a truly unified interface. In short Zylinc liberates technology around the the Cisco Unified Communications manager.

The integration is very deep and includes full SIP signaling, Jabber, linestatus and extension call control from Zylinc applications, calendar based forwarding and XML server applications with access to the corporate calendar accessible Cisco phones.
