What if ...? (Web Agent)
Because the Web Agent runs in a browser, you can use it from anywhere without the need to install software—and you always have the latest version. Furthermore, the Web Agent works on Macs.
However, the flexibility that you get from the Web Agent sometimes makes users ask us questions. Here are the answers to some of those questions.

If your browser window is minimized, or you're working in some other window when you get a call, the Web Agent notifies you in the bottom right corner of your screen.
A Windows issue can in some situations currently prevent browsers from displaying the notification.

If you handle a call in your Web Agent, and you accidentally close the browser, or browser tab, in which your Web Agent runs, your call will continue, but you'll of course not be able transfer the call or use other of the Web Agent features.
If you open your browser again shortly after you've closed it, it'll recreate your Web Agent session, and you can continue to handle the call.

If you press F5 or CTRL+F5 on your keyboard to refresh the Web Agent page in your browser, your session will continue based on the same principles as in What if I close my browser while I handle a call?

If you're already logged in to a Web Agent on one computer, and you then log in to a Web Agent on another computer, the Web Agent on the new computer will tell you that you're already logged in on another computer, and ask you if you want to continue on the new computer.
If you choose to continue on the new computer, the Web Agent on the old computer will then say that you're logged in on another computer.
