- Automated IVR validation: The customer enters their CPR number and receives a MitID prompt. Once validated, the call is seamlessly routed onward
- Agent-initiated verification: During a live call, the agent sends a MitID request from the Zylinc interface to the customer with a single click
Both methods can run in parallel and be customized to your organization’s needs—for example, enabled on specific IVR flows or queues only.
