Zylinc certification program
Zylinc offers 4 types of certifications/training courses. Two certifications are dedicated on enabling Zylinc partners to sell, configure and support the Zylinc Cloud solution to end-customers, and two training courses are focusing on enabling the end-customers to configure and use the Zylinc Cloud applications.
Referral partner
Referral Partners are sales partners generating leads selling the Zylinc Services under the Zylinc brand with no significant value add. Zylinc are invoicing the end-customer directly. Referral partners have no deployment or support responsibility, and the customer success is solely managed by Zylinc.
High Tier partner
High Tier Partners are collaborating partners integrating Zylinc’s platforms fully or partly in their unique market offering.
The High Tier partner is responsible for the full customer journey from the explorative presales stages, solution design, proposition development, negotiations, contract holder, deployment, support and customer success. Zylinc will support the partner in the different stages if needed.
Zylinc Partner Sales Certification
This certification will focus on training users in what the Zylinc Cloud Solution can offer and how to sell it.
The following areas will be covered in the training followed up by a short examination.

This certification will focus on training users in what the Zylinc Cloud Solution can offer, how to set it up and how to support it.
